MYLE Executive Board Positions
President: Responsible for making sure that everyone
is getting their job done, therefore the person who is liable for the completion
of projects and activities. Also responsible for writing the President's note
for the MYLE newsletter released quarterly.
Vice President: Makes sure that people are notified of community service
projects, activities, or other happenings dealing with MYLE. Also finalizes
Alumni attendance to such activities.
Activity Director- coordinates all activities for
the Alumni to participate in.
Executive Secretary- Keeps track of minutes at Executive Board
Meetings and keeps track of Alumni participation in activities.
Newsletter Director- Responsible for writing the
Newsletter Page for MYLE alumni to tell them of MYLE happenings in the following
month and e-mailing it to them monthly.
Treasurer- Coordinates fund raising
activities in order to give money to charity, pay for next year's MYLE
conference, and any other expenses needed. (This person is also the treasurer
and keeps track of the budget).
Technical Director- Responsible for keeping the webmaster informed
and up-to-date on website updates.
Webmaster (Great if you already do this and
want experience to put on your resume)-responsible for updating and designing
the MYLE Web Page.
Note: All of the executive board members will be
responsible for planning next year's MYLE Conference, and if you are not picked
for a position, you will automatically be placed on the MYLE Conference planning
committee for next year which will start its planning in September.
